Lissa found her niche when she began her real estate career in 1979. Beginning in new home sales, Lissa worked with many of the most important builders in the Los Angeles area, developing relationships with management in companies including Lennar Homes, Valencia Company, Newhall Land and Farming, M.J. Brock & Sons, Watt Pacific, Bramalea and Del Webb.



Lissa has been honored numerous times for her sales ability as well as her professional demeanor and experience. She was a featured speaker at Sales & Marketing Council events and was awarded Outstanding Sales Professional on many occasions, including the coveted Sales Professional of the Year Elan Award.



Lissa's knowledge and expertise, along with skills perfected in 30+ years in sales, works to the benefit of her clients. Her ability to evaluate homesites, market and showcase homes, negotiate for buyers and handle a myriad of loan and escrow details make her one of the most sought after agents in the Santa Clarita Valley.



Lissa's success stems from knowledge and experience, but most importantly, from the respect she has for her clients and their needs. Lissa's unsurpassed familiarity with Valencia and the Santa Clarita Valley comes as a result of being a resident here since 1969. She is a graduate of Hart High in Newhall, College of the Canyons in Valencia (where she also teaches history part time) and California State University at Northridge where she earned a Master's in History.
